Referral Program
Terms of Service
By participating in the referral program, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:
1. Eligibility
To participate in the BIA Referral Program, referrers must agree to these terms, which become part of the BIA Service Terms and Conditions. Our Referral Program is designed to reward existing clients ("Referrers") who refer new clients ("Referred Clients") to sign up for our 90-Day Metabolic Reset Program ("Program").
2. Referral Reward
Referrers are eligible to receive a one-time payment of two hundred US dollars ($200) ("Cash Reward") for each Referred Client who successfully signs up and completes the payment for the Program.
3. Referral Limitations
The Referral Program is unlimited in nature; however, BIA reserves the right to cap the number of referrals per Referrer if the program is being abused.
4. Spousal Referral Exclusion
While we encourage our clients to share their positive experiences with our services, it is important to note that the Referral Program is not applicable for spousal referrals. A unique promotional deal is in place for couples who enroll in our services. Therefore, should your spouse wish to join BIA, please inquire about our Couples Deal, which is designed to provide a mutually beneficial arrangement separate from the Referral Program.
5. Program Start Date
The Referral Program is effective starting November 1, 2023. Referrals made prior to this date are ineligible for the program rewards.
6. Changes to the Program
BIA reserves the right to change or discontinue the Referral Program at any time, without notice, for any reason at its sole discretion. Any changes will be effective upon posting updated terms to our website or communicating program changes to participants.
7. Miscellaneous
This Referral Program is not applicable in conjunction with any other promotions or discounts offered by BIA. Rewards are not transferable and cannot be combined with other offers or exchanged for any other form of compensation or credit.
8. Compliance with Laws
The Referrer agrees to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including, but not limited to, anti-spam laws. Any distribution of a referral program must be done in a personal manner.
9. Personal Contact Referral Requirement
Referrals should be personal and direct. The Referrer must know the Referred Client personally and must not engage in the referral of strangers or individuals with whom the Referrer does not have a pre-existing personal or professional relationship. This includes but is not limited to:
9.1. Social Media: Referrals via social media platforms are permitted only if the Referrer personally knows the Referred Client. The Referrer must not broadcast to strangers or the general followership on social media platforms.
9.2. Mass Messaging: Referrers are prohibited from using mass messaging or unsolicited messaging to individuals in their referral efforts. Any messages sent must be to personal contacts and not to a broad audience or to persons unknown to the Referrer.
9.3. Public Advertising: The Referrer must not use public advertising or any form of solicitation that targets the general public or individuals outside of their personal contacts to generate referrals.
Violation of these conditions may result in disqualification from the Referral Program and forfeiture of any rewards earned through such means. BIA reserves the right to validate the legitimacy of the personal relationship between the Referrer and the Referred Client and to disqualify referrals that do not comply with the spirit of this requirement.
