Founder/Head Coach
Although known as a Broadway actress, Michelle has developed a career and passion for fitness and nutrition. Michelle holds certifications in Personal Training and Nutrition and is also an NPC Bikini Competitor.
She specializes in helping her athletes realize that over-training and under-eating is not the answer to successful body composition changes. Together we learn how to optimize nutrition and training to get real, long lasting results.
Coach Emily
Bia Certified Coach
Coach Emily found her passion for building strength of body and mind back in 2019. After continuous study under highly credible mentors in the industry, Emily is here to take the coaching world by storm.
Emily specializes in helping her athletes take charge of their health and fitness through nutrition, over coming eating disorders, strength training and building strong habits that last a lifetime. "We are so much more than a before and after photo" and Emily is here to teach her athletes how to build their best selves from the inside out.
