Yes, our programs are strength training based and use cardio on an as-needed basis. Without access to heavy weights, we will not be able to fully utilize the powers of progressive overload to achieve our goals faster.

Though it may be hard to train in the gym with consistency, it does not mean you can’t make massive progress by taking charge of your nutrition and lifestyle choices. Remember, fat loss is 80% nutrition, 20% in the gym. As long we are moving the body throughout the day, in addition to applying methods for good meal planning, and sleep management, we will still get great results.
