Job Opportunity: Virtual Assistant (Part-Time) – BIA Nutrition

We’re hiring a Virtual Assistant to support our team behind the scenes with administrative and operational tasks that keep everything running smoothly. If you’re a systems thinker, a checklist lover, and a natural helper who thrives on structure — keep reading.

What You’ll Do

You’ll work closely with the Operations Lead to support the day-to-day flow of the business. Your role is to anticipate needs, stay organized, and take ownership of recurring tasks so the team can focus on clients and growth.

Your responsibilities may include:

  • Organizing and maintaining internal files and systems (Google Drive, GHL, etc.)

  • Asking and receiving client feedback

  • Monitoring support channels and assigning/responding to messages as needed

  • Managing small projects and coordinating across team members

  • Setting up client onboarding in our systems

  • Helping with recurring operational tasks to ensure nothing falls through the cracks

  • Experience working remotely with small teams

  • Familiarity with GoHighLevel or other CRMs

  • Experience in the coaching, wellness, or service-based business space

  • Prior experience supporting a founder or leadership team
